Been away for awhile...

It’s true, I have been away from some time. No, I haven’t been to prison or travelled to Thailand (I wish!) I have actually been studying to become an Art & Design Teacher, hence why I haven’t had a spare moment to create anything, let alone write a blog about it!

Now I will begin a new venture in September (my first proper teaching role!) I have decided that I need to be productive and start being creative again.
As this is my first post in an age, I really hope you enjoy the work I have to showcase.

...expect more frequent posts to come in the near future!

Thanks for your support

Original Artwork for Sale

I am trying to down size and have some of my pieces for sale.

If you are interested in giving these beauties a good home, please email me:

. If you are unable to match the prices below but are keen, please give me your best offer.

I look forward to hearing from you!

"What door?" Found objects & mixed media

£375.00

Process began with a photograph at night of the local college: the exposed lit stairwells have always struck me as beautiful. I then projected my photo onto the door and painted over the surface using a variety of materials including printing ink & matt varnish.

"Underneath" Digital Photograph (photo size A3, comes in black frame)

£50

This photograph is from a series of images detailing the underpasses around Salisbury City Centre.

"Mid week cardigan" Digital Photograph (photo size A3, comes in black frame)

£50

Taken at NewRED Artist Space in Winter 2012 while experimenting with plastic sheeting installations. Using the windows reflection I was able to capture numerous contrasting textures.
